Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Stuff Keeper, you agree to these supplemental product and purchase terms and Apple’s applicable terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

Subject to these terms, Shaofeng Li grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Stuff Keeper on Apple devices you own or control as permitted by Apple’s rules.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of inventory records and images you add. You are responsible for their accuracy, legality, backups, and for having the right to use them.

4. iCloud sync

Sync is optional and depends on your Apple Account, iCloud availability, network, and device settings. Dirty local edits can upload after sync is re-enabled, and newer lastModified data replaces older data. Conflicts, delays, deletion markers, or service interruption may occur; keep appropriate backups.

5. Stuff Keeper PRO

PRO removes the free-tier limits and enables all current member features while your entitlement is valid. Products may include a monthly auto-renewing subscription, a non-renewing one-month purchase valid for 30 days, and a lifetime purchase for the supported app.

6. Billing and renewal

Prices and currency are those displayed by the App Store at purchase. Apple charges your Apple Account. Auto-renewing monthly subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, under Apple’s subscription rules.

7. Cancellation, restoration, and refunds

Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings. Canceling stops future renewals but normally preserves access until the paid period ends. Use Restore Purchases for eligible purchases. Refund requests and decisions are handled by Apple under its policies.

8. Availability and changes

Features may change as the app evolves. The developer may fix, improve, add, or retire features where reasonable, but will not intentionally remove an already valid entitlement merely to avoid providing it.

9. Prohibited use

Do not misuse the app, violate law or third-party rights, interfere with its operation, bypass purchase controls, distribute malicious content, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.

10. Apple terms

The Apple Standard EULA governs the app license. These terms supplement it with product, iCloud, and purchase details; they do not replace Apple’s terms. Apple is responsible for App Store billing and platform services, not for developer support.

11. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The app is an organization tool, not a professional inventory, accounting, safety, or valuation service. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated for feature, operational, or legal changes. The revised text and date will be posted here. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance where permitted by law.

13. Governing rules

Mandatory consumer protections and Apple’s applicable terms continue to apply. Otherwise, disputes should first be raised with the developer in good faith; no provision limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
